Shane A. White, SRA, AI-RRS, AGA

Shane has over 19 years of diversified real estate experience with a focus on the appraisal and valuation of real estate in the Southwest Florida area for over nine years.

Shane strives to be recognized as one of the most experienced professionals in the appraisal of :

• luxury high-rise condominium housing

• waterfront and acreage properties

• income-producing properties

• green and sustainable building

• accessory dwelling units

• other unique and complex type residential real estate

Shane received his initial appraisal training while in the employ of a small-sized Florida Residential Real Estate Appraisal company, Naples Appraisers Inc. In 2008, he co-founded the Naples, FL-based firm of Appraisal Source. In 2014, Shane moved to Portland, OR, and formed AppraisalPDX, which became established as one of the region’s high-quality, reliable, and in-demand appraisal firms for the Portland, OR metro area.

Since returning to Florida and founding Gulf Stream Residential Appraisal, Shane has been engaged to perform appraisal services for various types of residential real estate including one-unit properties, two to four-unit properties, and vacant land. Shane is experienced with properties located throughout both Lee and Collier County.

As continued educational growth and development within the appraisal profession is vital for providing a high-quality service, Shane participates in various education classes to keep apprised of current trends and newly developing valuation strategies.

Shane is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser in Florida.

When not working, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, traveling, camping, exercising, gardening, and taking on various home improvement projects.
